- Some products are available in-store only, while others are available for shipping or pickup as indicated on the site.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. Payment must be received before an order is fulfilled. Applicable taxes and shipping or delivery fees will be shown before you complete a purchase.
Shipping, Delivery & Cold-Chain
Ice cream is a perishable product. Where shipping is offered, orders are packed with insulated packaging and refrigerant and shipped using expedited carriers. Delivery windows may be limited to avoid weekend or holiday transit. Details on shipping zones, cutoff times, and our replacement policy for melted or delayed shipments are provided at checkout and in our shipping information.
Catering & Event Services
Catering inquiries submitted through our site are requests, not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only once Snelgrove provides written confirmation. Minimums, lead times, deposits, and cancellation terms will be communicated as part of your catering quote.
Allergens
Our products are made in facilities that handle milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact. If you have a food allergy, please review flavor information carefully and contact us with questions before ordering.
Intellectual Property
The Snelgrove name, logo, content, images, and designs on this site are owned by or licensed to Snelgrove Ice Cream and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.
